Excellent tool, great service and excellent support

The interface is easy to use (even when using an iPhone). It's intuitive for non-technical users who do most of their work at home or in other remote working environments. There are some minor issues with notifications but they seem simple enough that it shouldn't be too difficult to fix once identified as such - perhaps even within your own team! A must buy app - even free version rocks

Having worked at companies that also have teams I've always found their support to be good but limited. This is another level of awesomeness because they've developed a product so amazing it really helps any business grow. Sometimes there can be some lag time as well if you're using multiple devices, so keep in mind when developing your team sizes to make sure everyone has access to everything.
