Hmmmm, not sure if I'm the only one who noticed that the bumpers are so wide and so high the panels don't work! The sheets I bought are fine for a standard crib mattress and without the sides. With sides the child barely fits and the sheets are so tight that they don't stay on the mattress and sides. Do I need special metal sheets if I want to use these bumpers? If the bumpers were each half the width and had nice covers, I would use them over the sheets.

What I liked about this product is that it has handles on the bottom and top to keep them in place, it's soft and keeps them from getting off the bed to roll in the middle of the night, it makes it safe and perfect for a standard sized crib mattress. I'm sure you could use this for other bed sizes as well! Another plus is that there are actually 2 of them, so they protect your little ones from both sides. Such a great price, great quality and the material is definitely durable.

I adjust them everyday because some of them are moving. My son loves playing with his animals on his bed, using his iPad in bed etc. When he's awake he often knocks them over. I bought nice Mickey sheets which I think are cheap and don't help matters. It's tiresome to correct them every day, but at bedtime I lie next to him to help him sleep, I can lean on them and they don't move.
