Too big Best in Stable Supplies

This is the first time I've ordered a round hay bale net. It's huge! Too big for my needs and I won't be ordering it again. Too bad I only ordered one instead of three.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Huge net - great price

First large square bale net I've bought that actually fits a 1000 lb hay bale with scraps of net on it. This bale has been there for over a month and 2 guys still haven't finished it.

Pros
  • Good cause
Cons
  • Reliability

Did not survive in feeding and watering gear

The net lasted about a week before the first holes appeared. After that, he quickly collapsed. I contacted the seller and he refunded my money. Not sure if this is a bad bet or if it just didn't work for my horses but appreciate the excellent customer service.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Great Price

Poor quality - didn't last 24 hours

I bought it thinking it was a good price, not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. Put it on a round bale in my dry paddock with a horse around 9am and by the time I went out to feed my friend at 4pm it already had a huge hole in it. My friend isn't aggressive, used to eating out of slow food bags and has never vomited one...there's really no reason why he could be destroyed that easily.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • old

Fairly good net result for best horse

First used on our 6 foot round bales a month ago. It took some skill to get on the ball. I was expecting something like a large flat net that wraps easily around the bale. It wasn't like that. It looks like a long pipe, and a 6-foot bale is the absolute max. We put the bale flat side up and leave the net on. I then draped the netting over it and slowly working together as my husband gathered the netting, I pushed the netting down. I don't know if that's right or wrong, but that's the only way…

Pros
  • As everything so far
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Very satisfied! on horses

I recently discovered these round hay nets and bought one for my two old horses. Some reviews seemed questionable claiming they weren't worth the price and fell apart easily etc. I've had mine in a metal round bale feeder in the pasture for a week now and I just LOVE it! My horses didn't break it, the bale remained intact and undamaged, didn't step in the mud and didn't deteriorate. One of my horses has a mild form of bloat, so don't let him eat dusty, moldy hay or stick his whole head in the…

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Some problems
