This is much better than the more expensive Japanese made mod. Looks more modern, lots of safety features, low profile, very attractive and very reliable. Very solid, doesn't look cheap. You can tell that quality and performance are very well thought out. Worth the money, very good deal if quality is what you are looking for.

This gas range is very well built, sturdy and good enough to handle the large ceramic pots I have. The flame setting is easily controlled to constantly balance the flame as the gas pressure in the fuel canister drops. Simple, elegant design, stamped steel, mechanized coating for easy cleaning is a great advantage of this product. This oven is very impressive.

I bought this burner for desktop use and its functionality is perfect. The butane canister's magnetic holder keeps it organized and easy to use. It was more than I expected. With a slimmer profile compared to other cheaper burners, I also expected a more compact overall size, but the surface area it will cover on your table is the same as other burners.
