Love different ways to play music. The son-in-law turned on the music on his cell phone. The CD player sometimes jumps, hopefully it doesn't crash. I wish it was a little shorter, it doesn't fit on the shelf under the TV. It picks up the radio well, sounds good. Good unit for the price.

Bought this radio for my husband for Christmas and was very disappointed that the cassette player didn't work at all. It just spun intermittently and made gurgling noises and then ate one of the three different cassettes we tried to insert (we still hoped it would just be the cassette we were using, but that was clearly a problem with the player) .

I thought this item would be just what I needed but 4 months after I had it and wasn't using it that much I realized I wasn't ejects CDs and I can't listen to the radio or perform any other functions because it gets stuck on the CD. Needless to say I am very disappointed as I don't feel I got what I paid for. Since writing this I have contacted Revain and they have been more than generous in replacing this item free of charge. Hope the new one lasts!

Don't buy these. It works, but there's no way to boost the bass or make it sound the way you want it. It just doesn't have the power I was hoping for. I would not recommend that. I need more control over playback. I was very disappointed and even the instructions are confusing. At first I thought I needed a sound card or USB to make it work. Of course that's not true. It's trial and error with this product. Maybe the sound will be better if you connect different speakers. I'll try switching…

Price aside this is a 3 or 4 star stereo. However, if you balance that with a low price, I have to give it a 5. It's true that the speakers sound tinny and you can't adjust the bass. But it's also true that this stereo plays all types of media released in the last 100+ years, with the exception of 8-track cassettes, and costs just over $100. I can forgive the lack of 8 tracks ;) I've tried albums, cassettes, CDs, FM radio and bluetooth. Everything worked perfectly, including the remote control.

I bought this device because I sometimes like to play vinyl, CDs, tapes and music from my iPhone. Since I don't use it often, it took me a couple of months, about 3 months, to realize that no matter how I tried to use this stereo, it didn't work well, if at all. I couldn't listen to a single CD without skipping and skipping all the tracks. In fact, I couldn't listen to a single song on the CD without major problems. My CDs are fine, rarely used, scratch-free and clean. Does not matter. Still…
