Not Original.: Spray Guns and Accessories

Bought this item and received a spray gun for 200.00. Very unfortunate, it was made just in time for my project, but unfortunately I'm sending it back. If you buy one, open it as soon as possible, just in case. Updated, returned and bought another one and it looks good. But still check your package to be sure.

  • Durable Finish

Orange Peel Free - Painting Tools & Equipment

Complete amateur here. I had an orange peel problem laying down with a port cargo cannon. Not such a bad boy! Clear lays flat like glass with minimal orange peel when using a 1.2 tip, TE20 and 18.5 PSI. No wet sanding required, just polish and enjoy your work. Looks better than the factory paint.

  • Certified
Cons

Terrible cup. for body repair tools

I used this gun to paint a Porsche 67 with Glasurit Line 22 in one step. It needed a lot less air than my old SATA 95s and sprayed paint really well. My only criticism is the top of the mug, it pushes down, there is no thread so it doesn't hold tight. Just in case, I tape a strip of 2" duct tape around the top after each pour, just in case. I'm looking for another cup. Still a great weapon.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small house

  • So-so

Nice pistol in body repair tools

Nice pistol. I just got it but I painted my GM single speed dash black with a 1.4 tip and it came out great. There was a very small amount of orange peel but it stains the 1200 grit sand along with this sand scraper and is ready for a second coat. I used a 3M PPS system and also bought a 16046 type 15 adapter. Regular air is a bit difficult to use but I like it. I have about 25 feet of air hose and the difference between the can and the gun is about 6psi. Buy with confidence.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Some difficulties

The gun is good, sprays well

Firstly, the gun is good, sprays well, the primer looks a lot better than a cheap port cargo gun and also better than a Graco FX3000. The big downside, however, is the terrible build and build quality. The first one I got had big scratches on the sides and a pit/crater on the grip end, the second gun I got was treated with a fan and the liquid grips were awful, I mean it literally looked like it look as if they were not fully processed, the processing is very rough. This is a $500 pistol. Why…

What a cool pistol!

I bought my very first gravity feed Devilbiss pistol in the early 90's and was delighted. Since then I have had many other brands. I have been sterilizing with Iwata SuperNova for 8 years now with excellent results. I thought these would be the last guns I would ever buy. I bought this Devilbiss Tekna Pro-Lite because I wanted to try something new. I have to say I'm very impressed with the out of the gun results. What does take some getting used to is the noise, it's louder than most other guns

Tekna Squirt Gun - Tools and Equipment

This is a high tech devil bite gun made for the American market. It's called differently overseas, but it's the same pistol. both hands in plaster to ruin this weapon. Cup and add some thinner, then expect the gun to adjust to your mess. knowing all this and not looking at these qualities. These are the recommended specs, but they don't have to be very different from what you're printing. but if you are new to spraying, follow the recommended settings. I would bet this gun against anyone on the
