Great product overall good price too!!

It helps us in understanding our customer behavior by providing historical information about them which we can use for future marketing campaigns as well. The user interface could be improved but it has helped me understand my customers better than any other tool I had used before this one. We were able to identify new segments within existing ones with ease through its segmentation feature so far no complaints here! Great product overall good price too!! Tellius is great product having lots off useful functions

You can build dashboards with different KPIs for your team or organization in one place easily (eg:- Sales). It has all required functionalities like drill-down capability etc., which makes it easy to access specific details without any hassle at all. I don't think there are many dislikes about this tool but sometimes you need some patience while implementing few features since they take very long times to load compared to other tools.   • The best side is that dashboard gets built instantly after entering inputs, making them interactive & visualizing data effectively.Also excel integration was smooth!

  • A bit slow response time during sign up process due lack luster servers

Most useful and well thought graphics software package

I love how easy it was for me as an individual user/data professional with little experience in analytics or visualization tools (but willing)to create custom dashboards by combining existing datasets into one dashboard - even if they were not compatible! The ability also allows you flexibility when creating new ones through open APIs which gives more control over your own creations. There are still some issues regarding API limits but this has since been resolved so everything should be fine…

  • Highly flexible, allowing users total freedom & opportunity.
  • Quick response time from support staff during issue resolution process is fast
Cons
  • At present there's no direct way that tells what data sources have used up their quota until reaching its limit again..which could cause confusion due lack awareness
  • And most importantly i am sure many potential clients won't mind paying

The ability for us as an organization to access our customer information in one place rather than having it scattered throughout many systems was very helpful! I would like if there were more options available when searching by account number or phone number vs only being able to search through names/email addresses etc. This has been great so far but we are still trying to figure out how best utilize this function within our team (we're not sure yet).
