On the fence above

The headset is very loud. The volume control from min to max does not noticeably change anything. I love that I can turn off the bell so I don't have to hear it ring when I'm not working. Because I only work from home. I like the spacer keys better. The phone is worth the money, I'm just not sure if I'd want to move the speaker to the front of the ear to turn down the volume. I've been using it for 5 hours and my ears are ringing.

Good device, display difficult to read at some angles

I like the whole device, it works great and sounds great, but the display is difficult to read at certain angles when it's on my desk. It has an alarm digital display, and when you're not looking directly at it, the unlit characters merge into the highlighted ones. see attached photos. It would be nice if you could adjust the viewing angle so the device doesn't have to be right next to you. Love the fact that it doesn't require batteries like my old phone did.

Pros
  • Office electronics
Cons
  • High price

Great so far!

Arrived pretty quickly! It's compact and durable! I love the headset hanger! Haven't used it for work yet! But I made some test calls from my cell phone and voicemail! At first the volume sounds a bit low?! But on the voicemail it was loud and clear! While the MAX volume doesn't seem all that loud, I also know that in the company's software systems we can often turn the headset volume up or down from there too! Overall, the sound seems sufficient! All the features I've tried (Mute, Flash…
