A really necessary purchase, glad I found this product.

I took it according to the principle: "Two devices, at least one will work fine + 2 networks" I liked the setting through the application - connected, pressed 2 buttons and forgot. If someone likes to mess with the settings of routers, etc., then this is not here. I did it according to the instructions, everything turned out right away, I ated the firmware through the application. The speed does not seem to cut, at the rate of 100mb: through wire - 100 wi-fi ~ 75 sometimes less, but the house…

Pros
  • - Easy to set up - Convenient application - Appearance - Signal strength - 2 devices - MU-MIMO - The ability to transfer the Internet via wi-fi to another unit and from it with a wire further. (if needed)
Cons
  • - Can't change channel - It is not clear which of the blocks the device is currently connected to - There is no possibility of fine tuning (register ports, etc.) - There is no usb port, but I don't need it.

Easy to set up and works great

We live in a country house that is over 100 years old and our Wi-Fi signal was very weak unless you were near a router. I bought them and put them around the house and even on the patio. Now we have wifi upstairs, downstairs, in the yard and in the detached garage and even in my husband's carpentry shop. I highly recommend them if you need to extend your Wi-Fi experience throughout your home.

Integration with MW6 node

So I bought this to integrate with the MW6 network I have (I have 3 MW6 nodes). This was a cheaper option than buying another MW6 node. It integrates with MW6. It took me a little time to figure out how to do this. I called tech support and they were completely useless (can't understand them due to language barrier). In the end I reinitialized the whole network so that all four nodes work together (3 MW6 and 1 MW3). I put this in a window next to the driveway because I often type an address…

So far so good - would have liked a little more control

Reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant to buy this. Many reviews seemed to mention that they worked well at first, but stopped working after a short while. I have not experienced such problems. I installed two nodes almost a month ago and added a third one about a week ago. Installation was quick and easy. Before I switched to them, I had a fairly highly rated router/extender combo. I'm on a 150Mbps download/25Mbps upload plan and have never come close to that despite being only 35ft from my…

The ideal addition of a node to a regular mesh network

Ok… Tenda's Nova mesh network is a fairly basic mesh system that leaves a lot to be desired in terms of advanced features and functionality. However, it is very easy to set up and very functional so far. Performing firmware updates was like a dental student's root canal, so that's not really the point... but other than that, the system is fine, especially for the price. I bought this single node to connect to my existing Nova network and it did it right away with no issues. It improves the…
