Not really 6 layers for tarpaulins and lashing straps

I buy a lot of yarn for my business and I like the thicker yarn, unfortunately it is more comparable to the 3 ply yarn I have bought from other sellers.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Very high quality yarn

What it is. leg spread. I use it to make macrame plant hangers and it looks really pretty. It smells strangely of diesel. not much, just weird. When working, small pieces and fibers fall off. I have now bought 2 rolls, will buy again.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • So-so

It was exactly what I was hoping for

Some people say this jute has a smell. I agree that it smells a bit musty, but it doesn't take long for it to dissipate. It worked great to make fruit and veg hammocks for our sailboat. It is very strong for tying and holding our heavy port and starboard sidelights for painting. Used for macrame. Yes. great jute

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Big and bulky

String is a must in your home

Bought to upgrade my cat's climbing frame. She destroyed most of the jute parcels. Went like clockwork. I removed the frayed yarn and replaced it with this one. I used a construction stapler to hold it in place. I also stapled several areas of the rug. Looks like a brand new tower and saved me a lot of money. Everyone needs a ball of yarn. Superglue, tape, and thread are must-haves in your to-do kit.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Tradeable

Not Heavy Duty: Tarp and Zip Ties

I needed twine to tie up recyclables (especially flat collection boxes). This division works as long as you don't put up much resistance to it. I tried to wrap/tie the boxes tightly and the string broke. So I learned how to double loop the twine when tying boxes to prevent this. Or I tie once and then come back and tie the knot. Maybe it's better for crafting purposes, but keep in mind that it's not very strong for any kind of hard work. But now I feel good knowing these are the limits

Pros
  • Grand Prize
Cons
  • Crumpled Package

Not what I was looking for!

The picture and description are a bit misleading. The cord is much thinner than I expected. I have previously bought 3mm thick jute twine and it was perfect for gardening. For the 2.32mm 6ply jute twine in the description I thought it would be similar. It was too thin for tying plants, shrubs and tomatoes. Doesn't save you the trip to the post office for the return and possible postage costs for the return... I didn't check. The felt image increased the thickness of the yarn, making it appear…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Almost never

Very bad chemical smell

As soon as I opened the packaging, I was hit by a very strong chemical or petrol smell. I only use natural jute to make biodegradable dishwashing liquid and I don't feel comfortable using it on a food contact surface. I know jute is supposed to have a slight earthy smell, but it's definitely a chemical smell. I tried working with this to see if I could use it for something else, but I quickly got a headache from the fumes and had to toss the whole roll in the bin. I would recommend only buying…

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Ugly packaging
