This is amazing in body and finish

This is amazing I bought 2 reels to do some audio setup and ended up buying a couple of these kits to pack everything in my car. go mad, wrap up all understanding. I ended up dragging the cluster upgrade dashboard and just driving it to kill some rattles I had in my dashboard and Deff looks way better

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Weight

It doesn't even stick to itself.

Maybe I got a bad batch, but it sucks. It doesn't stick to anything, not even itself. It's also prone to snagging. It looks more like hockey tape than wiring harness tape. Coroplast is the best option, but it's hard to find and significantly more expensive. I found that the only way to actually glue it was to run my fingers over it after installation to heat the glue.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Disappearance

Does It Ever End?: Thin Tape

After I decided to overhaul the audio system in my Jeep Wrangler (yet again), I needed something to eliminate the wire rattle I was experiencing in several places. I bought a pack of 5 expecting it to burn out because I had to wrap a lot of wires, but it didn't. Having packed everything I need, I'm not done with the first roll. This was my first time using Tesa tape and I was surprised at how easy it was to work with.

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Obsolete Model

I like this tape, I've bought it several times

I do a bit of auto electrical work and I like this tape. It helps if you wrap the wires and then quickly go over them with a heat gun afterwards, especially at the end, to activate the glue so it doesn't get tangled. This step probably won't be necessary if you work in a garage. Vinyl strips leave a big sticky mess, it's nice and tidy under the dash, great stuff!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Will do

Large amount of glue

This tape is more for cosmetic purposes than for example for wrapping around solder joints. With that in mind I think the amount of glue on the tape is perfect. It's enough to keep it in place when packing, but it doesn't leave a mess. However, I could tell a difference in the amount of glue from the beginning of each roll to the end. There was more glue at the end of each roll. Fur. never mind I would buy again.

Far from being a pro, I have been doing automotive wiring projects for a few decades now. This tape is a game changer for keeping tutus looking neat, reducing rattling and an overall finishing touch. The stretch is great. The glue holds well. Tears are light tears. But it's also forgiving if you have to unwrap something you've taped over (not a pro, so I make mistakes sometimes). I can't believe I waited this long to use this. Six stars!

Pros
  • Very good value for money

Ideal for cleaning cables

The perfect way to tidy up your audio setup. I heard about such a tape on the CarAudioFabrication YouTube channel. I thought I might as well try, and I'm glad I did. The tape itself doesn't stick very well to the surface you're sticking to, but sticks to itself very well; so when wrapping the wire harness it is ideal. It's actually good though; If you make a mistake and have to cut the tape, it won't ruin your wires like strong tape will. Overall, this is a good product that helps clean up the…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • There are nuances

Not by the day, but by the hour is better than electrical tape!

I often install appliances in cars and have come to hate duct tape (PVC) and the awkward sticky residue it leaves after unwrapping an existing bundle of wires. Tesa tape has almost entirely replaced electrical tape and zip ties for me when it comes to keeping circuits clean and tying wires together. It's very sticky, leaves no residue, tears easily into clean pieces, and doesn't stretch like duct tape. It keeps my packages tightly packed, install looks clean, future maintainability is top notch

Pros
  • Nice

  • Modern
