In my experience, turtles love shrimp, and shrimp are the main ingredient in this treat. Your turtles will eventually eat these pellets before having any other food pelted at them. At Revain, they cost less than $3 each. At major pet stores, the same pellets cost upwards of $5. Definitely buy from Revain, even on Ebay they are much more expensive than Revain.

I bought these online as most local pet stores no longer sell them. I have a very picky oriental tortoise that only eats certain things and this is her favorite. The pack says they will improve your turtle's color. I have to agree that this is true. Their color is much lighter during the months that they eat them. Our sea turtle LOVES this treat! When she sees the distinctive red mug coming out of her tank, she goes nuts! She tries to swim through the jar while we fiddle with the lid and end up dumping the mana into the water. I can't tell you if they'll get wet and fall - they never had a chance. I'm sure she would give 5* for the aroma and taste so I did it by proxy. See if your little pal likes these treats as much as we do - she'll happily take them when she doesn't!
