As with other products, this product tricked my printer into thinking there was a paper jam so it only comes out halfway. I ordered this cartridge before I ran out of toner so of course my return window was closed when I installed it. Disappointing and waste of money

Bought a year ago 1/16. Worked great but now I have to shake the cartridge every few pages as another reviewer pointed out. This usually means low toner, but my printer reports 40%, however I don't remember what the toner level was when I installed it. Since this is a refilled cartridge, I've read that they don't report properly. So I don't know how to rate a cartridge. I suspect it did the job and the print quality was as good as the factory cartridge in my opinion.

Works like factory toner. I can't tell what the difference is other than that this item is a fraction of the retail price of a well known branded item.

If I could give this a zero star rating I would. This toner cartridge ruined my printer. My printer worked great, only the toner was empty. I bought this cartridge and it immediately started printing all pages in black. After some investigation I found that the cartridge was basically spewing fine toner dust through my printer and getting into all the little plastic ribs. The first one I ordered in December 2015 lasted until November 2016 when it started to weaken. The cartridge was supposed to be a quarter full but I got tired of shaking it all six sides so I installed a replacement cartridge which I ordered in August when I thought the first one was running out. Absolute rubbish. The print is so faint that it is unreadable. I will reinstall the first one until I can buy a Samsung cartridge. The price was right but the quality could have been better. It prints light on one side. I shook it and it got better for a while but it's lit on one side again. It looks like there is a good supply of toner inside as so far I'm getting a lot of prints per % usage.

This toner has had streaks since day one. BAD purchase. It didn't print in black. I agree with other customer reviews reporting poor quality sold by Toner Graphics. DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY!
