The Body Shop British Rose Instant Glow Moisturizing Body Butter, 200Ml Review

Not sure what happened to Body Shop’s body butter but this used to be amazing, smell like strawberries and was moisturizing, but now it smells like weird gross chemicals and perfume and nothing like strawberries. It also has a completely different texture and isn’t moisturizing anymore. This is a completely different product. Not sure I can even use it because the smell is so awful.

I was excited to try this since it is vegan. The smell is nice but half of the container is missing. It came sealed but you can clearly see it is not full. I wanted to try it and the price was good but I will definitely not be buying it again. You get what you pay for.

At first it smelt like windex when I received it but after using it for a little while it smells almost like scented strawberry shortcake! I love the product and it’s easy to pop in my fridge to keep it cool. Easy spread and moisturizing; my only grievance is that it doesn’t smell as strongly of strawberries as I was hoping for. Good product nonetheless!

My skin recently became super sensitive as well, so I was on the hunt for something that would help. I don't even remember how I found this but I read all the good reviews and thought I might as well try it. I understand that people give low reviews because honestly this is a completely different product from the original. Texture scent ingredients are all different. But also it's different but the new version is a great product as well. I live in Barbados and know what mangoes smell like. This smells like an actual freshly cut ripe mango

I love this lotion because it smells so good and moisturizing my skin so well! I also love the fact that it’s vegan! Definitely recommend!

I first bought this at Ulta Beauty. My absolute favorite product ever purchased! I love it, my dogs love it! They require it rubbed behind their ears every night. I use it so much I ran out. I just recently purchased 3 of them from Revain for myself and for some Christmas gifts. I am so dissatisfied with the scent and the actual Hemp smell. My dogs even seem to be unaffected by its benefits.

This body butter, although smells really good, is SUPER SMALL. I'm guessing using it 3 times and it will be gone. Big disappointment.

I use this every night.this little can lasts for ever and the price is great too. I always gave up on moisturizers.not this one!

I’ve used other body butters by the body shop before, and I love the formula. So although I loved coconut all around I wasn’t much a fan of the smell of Shea. So I looked at the scent here and wanted to try it out.PopI was confused upon opening because the formula is definitely different for this one (which I later learned was because it’s meant for sensitive skin). This is a must have for me during winter. My job is physical and I am in and out of cold and hot temperatures. I am middle aged and this product is all I use in cooler weather. Love the scent.mild, natural, not overwhelming, will not activate sinus issues. Different scents available but I prefer mild scents in respect of others. Loyal Body Shop customer for 15 years because it works and I appreciate the all natural ingredients. My hard earned money well spent. Thank you.

This product, which I had used previously, was disappointing. It was not as scented as my previous body butter. And, I paid way too much for the size which I thought would be the larger size. My fault in not checking the ounces. Previously, when I used the body butter, it gave off a nice fragrance that permeated my bathrobe. This particular sample was not as fragrant which, to me, was very upsetting. It is smooth, creamy and easy to use.

This product container came half filled! C’mon is kind of a pricey product. I won’t be pitch at his from here anymore. May not provide enough antioxidants to protect skin from damage.

I love this product and it can be used daily post shower in winter.Even if you apply it couple times a week - it still keeps the skin smooth and healthy.

This is the most moisturizing body butter. I admit I skip lotion, a lot, more than I should. As a really busy mom taking the extra minute to moisturize my body after a shower falls to the back of my mind. This body butter is priced perfectly and I feel every bit of self care when I use it. It revives my dry skin immediately. Also makes my nails soft and glow. Definitely worth the price!
