Company has great benefits and excellent perks

I worked as a customer service representative for over 7 years. It was very easy to work in this environment because it had an open door policy. You could talk to your manager or supervisor about any issues you were having without fear that they would be offended. This is not something you can find at other companies where people are afraid to speak their mind even if it's constructive criticism. They also didn't have training on how to handle certain situations like when someone gets sick…

Pros
  • Great managers who took time off from being busy outside jobs during holidays so employees did get some days paid leave instead
Cons
  • Almost never

Highly recommend these guys!!: The Charles

I love that our consultants are always willing to help with anything from logistics to project ideas. They are truly dedicated to making sure that you have a memorable experience at your wedding! Not much to dislike really. Maybe a little pricey for some people but honestly it's not something we'd change if we were offered the chance again. Honestly they are just great to work with. It is super easy to get an appointment set up and talk about all of your options. Also their turnaround time is…
