It's useful, it's comfortable

This is regular paracord. It is useful, convenient and easy to use in a hurry when needed. It's durable, easy to cut, and helps in more situations than I can name. If you don't have them in your bug repellent bag, be sure to get them soon.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • Crumpled

just what the doctor ordered

This isn't the light crap you see these days. this is the real McCoy with super powers. If you need to tie something or break a shoelace, this is what you need. I'll have to buy about 5 more of these, this time in different colors I think.

  • Sleek design

Flat band with thinner reflective stripes.

Purchased imperial red reflective and black reflective. The reflective tape is thinner than expected. The biggest disappointment was that both 100ft banks were very shallow. It became much more difficult to weave things. I hate leaving bad reviews.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Out of fashion

If you need it, get it.

His damn cord. What more can I say, it ties things up and was pretty cheap. Great grips for my fish bat and gaffs. I'm not a rope snob so if you are read the other review. If you just need something to tie things together then buy this.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Finish
Cons
  • Cargo

Good things are best for hunting and fishing

I was very happy with the purchase of this paracord. It came quickly from the seller, with an accurate description and a fair price. Unlike some of Revain's other offerings, this is "real" paracord, meaning it contains seven nylon strands woven through the core for added strength. I will continue to order from this seller (550CordShop) for my paracord projects. Excellent purchase.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Hard to say

Nice cord! - Paracord

If you're looking for a cord that won't be easily seen by the walking dead or people who want to rob your insect screen when society falls apart, don't buy this cord. If, like me, you don't see these possibilities as part of reality, this is a good choice. This is a nice rope and its high visibility makes it a pleasure to use at campsites as it prevents tripping over it.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • There are problems

Bumpy and FUSED!? suitable for hunting and fishing

I usually have no problems with this company. I order a ton from them. But I just got my Black 550 paracord from them, which I've ordered a lot of black in the past, and it was lumpy as hell! Not only that, but after untangling about 20 feet, I found the place FUSED! What the hell?!? I didn't order the crappy 100 foot paracord. I ordered the same good quality that I have always received so far. If they don't refund, send me a new batch and I won't be ordering from them again. That's the limit.

  • inspires confidence

Used for a special FX project - directors beware!

I used neon green 550 paracord for a green screen project to lift heavy objects (and a person!) off the ground. Proper suspension and conservative clearance above the foam padding are a must, even if the cord was more than strong enough for the task. (I doubled it anyway, just in case.) Most importantly to me, it was virtually invisible and blended with the green background. Now that the project is complete, I'm excited to repurpose the cable for other, more mundane tasks like camping. All in…

Pros
  • Satisfied so far

Balls of Smart Things for Your Gear

Only 100 foot ball of parachute line. Tuck it in the bottom of your backpack because you never know when you'll need a strong cable. The Canadian Digital pattern pairs well and works well for blind rig hunting, rig tethering etc. I shot a fairly heavy mule deer last year and it was the first time I've seen it in a jeep rather than a had to be transported by truck. A strand of paracord saved the day when we used it to cradle a deer from the front of the jeep onto the bumper by tying it through a
