Theory11 Derren Brown Playing Cards Review

My son loves these cards. He is always looking for interesting and beautiful cards and when he saw them he asked us to get them for him. We received shipping much quicker than expected, international and the physical product did not disappoint!

In general, the design of the cards and boxes is good. The box art in particular is very nice and meets my expectations for a $10 deck of cards. Where do these cards fall short when you look at the prints of the cards themselves. While these aren't terrible errors, there are many white spots where the ink isn't fully adhering to the cards. For starters, if Derren Brown started a cult, I would join it. That being said, I wanted to love these cards, but they're not very well made. The cardboard feels good, but the cut doesn't work. If you can tell what type of card it is just because the cut is off-center, then there's a big problem. I have several other Theory11 decks and have never had this problem leading me to believe I stumbled upon a fake and paid full price for it.
