Reminds me of a blanket I had as a child. The binding wraps around the edges of the duvet and is comfortably soft right out of the box.

I especially love the luxurious look of this duvet. I've ordered other styles and embroidered a name on them, but others had uneven edges and came out crooked. This blanket is perfect.

I've washed this blanket at least 10 times and it's just as hard and scratchy as when I opened it. Even tumble dried on medium heat it curled up like it had melted plastic fibers.

I have been looking for a good fake Baby Morgan for a long time and after a long search I have decided on this one. I think it fits the picture perfectly! So soft and thin and the satin trim is perfect. I'm sure it's not exactly the same quality, but more than 25 years later I think it's a great alternative.

I found them! These are my blankets from my childhood! Exactly the same texture and feel! I can finally throw away the rags I've been clinging to like crazy because I couldn't find them anywhere. My husband thinks I'm crazy for paying that much for a small baby blanket, but it's worth every penny for the comfort and security of rubbing my face on this blanket every night. Ideal for women with Asperger's who are reassured by the very specific texture.

This duvet is fine now, it arrived today so I can keep using it. Rigid out of the box as described - I have to do a wash this weekend. However, there is one major complaint about the way it's packaged - there were 5 sets of plastic spikes (the kind that stick price tags to your clothes) - one to hold the middle loop and tag (through the loop and the quilt stitched), one on each side of the quilt to attach a ribbon to, and then another set on top of the quilt next to the hanger to hold the quilt
