not good after 5 months!

I bought a transparent one and it worked perfectly for the first few months. does not take on a strange shade of brown. That means I have to take my custom rig apart and flush and clean it before I put in a better coolant. and FYI, all cooling components are corsair, pump, ranivore, fittings, water blocks and radiators.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • It's hard to remember, but it was

Same bullshit as previous Thermaltake opaques. Will score your loop.

After a few months, the cooling circuit became clogged with a bluish film. An unstable product (obviously) and you should definitely stick with clear or slightly colored coolant as opaque liquids just never work unless something like that happens. The P-Series is no better than previous Thermaltake opaque materials that did the same.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Expensive

Swells O-Rings - Antifreeze & Coolant

24 hours after adding coolant all my o-rings were swollen and leaking. I flushed the system, let it sit for 48 hours, slowly flushed thoroughly with distilled water. Added coolant. It worked for 24 hours and started licking at every mouth. The reservoir was the worst, those orings gave big leaks, a huge mess, purple table paint! Thanks, what a mess. I will be using my own blend of industrial coolants. Pos product!

Pros
  • Gotcha!
Cons
  • Without machine

Looks good but not durable.

Looks great but clogged my Thermaltake water cooling system after 3 months. Pastel particles clogged the cooling fins in the Thermaltake CPU water block and heatsink, reducing coolant flow by more than 100 l/h. The pastel powder also left a lot of white sludge stuck to the transparent hard tube that all had to be brushed off by hand. It was a nice prospect, but it deteriorated too quickly. The computer was stored indoors out of direct sunlight.

Pros
  • Always liked it
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Cons

Buy only those who are willing to carry out almost complete disassembly.

Lasted about 4 months after it started to break and I started to see dirt build up. After 6 months I almost completely disassembled to clean the components. It showed absolutely no signs of corrosion. I bought it knowing I would have to almost completely disassemble the system. I also had to disassemble the components to the point where most people, even myself, find it uncomfortable.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Appearance
