I don't know how I managed without one of these before I got one!

This type of thermometer is essential for kitchen, grilling, camping, baking, confectionery making etc. Brifit is very accurate and easy to read. Very easy to use and you will find yourself using it for meat, chicken, fish, pastries etc. I use mine frequently but needed one for my camping gear and fifth wheel. Such a versatile and perfect temperature every time. There are no problems reading the screen and the probe works great too.

OK, but needs more detailed instructions

This thermometer was well packaged and ready to use, with both the probe attached and the longer one. There's also a little plastic thing for opening the battery compartment (a coin will do if I inevitably lose the little drive). It even has a built-in bottle opener, which can come in handy if you're a garden griller who works with a bottle. The instructions are pretty minimal and the english is bad enough to be hard to understand. They may also be referring to a different model as they tell…
