I love the fact that it's longer than most inexpensive battery specific gravity gauges. Larger commercial ones that soak up too much liquid and can easily ruin everything.

The battery tester is easy to use. However, it didn't register with any of the batteries I tested. The readings for the new battery were the same as the battery I knew was bad. I'm sorry I can't rate it higher.

I have chargers and test equipment that I can use to charge the battery, but when it really starts going (not holding a significant charge) I never know Is there something else or just a battery? That way I was able to identify 2 bad cells and quickly move on to replacing the battery instead of just charging it and hoping it didn't drag me somewhere. Good buy!
