Good for storing batteries

You can put batteries in it. You can put other things in it, but it's too expensive to use as a random tissue jar. So put in batteries, preferably very expensive ones from Sony, because that shows you have good taste. Taking off a star because it should cost $1, but this is my hobby so keep your criticism and opinion to yourself.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Smart idea for camera and photo

I am a photographer. I got a review of the new camera backpack elsewhere at Revain. As I packed my new bag, I decided I needed to better organize my SD cards, batteries, lens filters, and cheat sheets for my new camera. my batteries. It's a bit bigger than I need for my EN-EL14 batteries, but it beats being small. It works great for me, holds two batteries and fits in a side pocket.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Outdated

Great battery holder!

It appears to be made of quality materials. Holds 1 Canon T6i (LP-E17) battery in each compartment. Almost, but not quite, 2 of these batteries fit in one compartment (2 don't). Four AA batteries fit conveniently in one compartment. One LP-E17 battery and 2 AA batteries fit conveniently in one compartment. Just to give you an idea of the dimensions of the compartments. This battery holder is easy to carry in your pocket or in your camera bag. I love this item and I think it is reasonable value…

An almost must-have item

I've been using various other "mounts" (not specifically for DSLR batteries) for some time and finally decided to find something that really does the job. I find the Think Tank holder a bit overpriced, but it does what it is supposed to do very well. It fits my batteries (a Nikon EN-EL14 and an EN-EL15) in one pocket, in one place, and is great for them. The size is such that I can carry it in my smaller Nikon shoulder bag or Lowepro SlingShot bag, slip it into my jeans pocket, or even slip it…

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Something's wrong

Sturdy little battery holder

This battery holder is perfect for keeping our extra batteries from running around in our pockets when shooting. Canon LP-E6 batteries fit perfectly and the holder itself is actually smaller than it looks to me in the photo, dare I say cute. Purchases are: 1) I wish it had a loop or clip etc so I can attach it to a belt loop like ThinkTank memory card cases. At events I might need a fresh battery, but I don't want to take (and possibly lose) a holder when I have to move my hands full of cameras

Pros
  • Fun
Cons
  • Some bugs

Very well made and lightweight

This is a great, minimalist battery holder that will help organize your gear and provide some protection. Cut and materials are very high quality. Although it has no padding, the piping extends slightly past the batteries for added protection from falls and bumps. The color coding is good: this one is grey, the AA battery holder is green, the SD card holder is red, etc. My only complaint is that the Velcro loop doesn't reach down far enough to close securely when using smaller mirrorless…

  • This is great

  • Hard to say

Camera battery storage and carrying solution

Camera battery storage I've used everything from recycled ExOfficio underwear wrappers (they used to put their boxers in thick plastic bags with buttons) to heavy-duty zippered bags. These items more or less worked, but none of them were perfect. Unfortunately, camera manufacturers don't always include covers for their battery posts, so you'll have to improvise to protect them. After a few years of work I decided to try the Think Tank packs and I swear to George they do a really good job. These

Think Tank's Simple DSLR Battery Solution Works

Camera batteries can be a hassle to store, but the Think Tank 2 DSLR Battery Holder does the job just fine. I was looking for a no-frills way to store a couple of camera batteries in my camera bag in a simple and efficient way, no buttons, no clips, no belt loops, and this one nailed it. It uses simple and effective Velcro (Velcro, as my product label called it) to hold things together, and that simplicity is part of its appeal. It's a foldable design that can hold a pair of standard DSLR…
