I love the computer but I got it mainly for zoom meetings and the camera has a very pale color quality that I can't change any settings. Everything looks very blurry and almost pastel. I have a cheap webcam and use that instead, which works great, but it's not what I was hoping for. The processing speed is excellent. It will start in about 30 seconds. I love the computer but I hate the camera.

I'm a software developer and this laptop with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD works great. So far this has been the best value for money computer I have ever owned. I would 100% recommend this laptop as a work tool. And remember, this is not a gaming laptop.

The seal was obviously broken and it looked like I was buying a new laptop. . I'm by no means an expert, but other than that it looks new and pristine. Will be updated if evidence of use or tampering beyond a clearly broken seal.

This computer is quiet, ultra fast and light. Has a good, high-quality feel. The only gripe is that it doesn't have a DVD drive, but that doesn't matter. An external drive only costs about $50.

The back cover was not fully attached and the screws were not tightened, this has been repeatedly observed by various resellers with refurbished laptops

This is a robust, powerful and well-equipped laptop. Got a full RAM upgrade and it's cute. Not the sexy comp and it's Windows but it's what I'm used to and pretty stable (Win 7). The first time they sent the wrong computer but it was quickly fixed. It gets a little warm - I have one of those cheap vacuum coolers that works fine with it. This is probably my tenth computer - a good one.

Laptop didn't turn on WiFi for a month. It started to become a sporadic problem until it suddenly stopped working altogether in the 2nd month. The seller told me to contact the manufacturer for support. Lenovo support after many contacts said I could either physically take it to a repair shop or they would send a new WiFi adapter card to install myself. I decided to take the last option. So far there have been no problems with the new card. I would definitely advise against this seller and this
