Received the scale today and the dial didn't move to "0". There is no manual button or dial to zero the scale. We leave the scale for a few hours hoping it will reset to zero. It's not like this. Every time I stepped on the scale and then got up, the scale would range between 2 and 4 pounds. We contacted the manufacturer, Conair, and were told the scale would always start at 1-5 pounds, not zero. I find this unacceptable for the size and will be returning it to Revain.

The scale works fine. My problem is that the "glue" holding the footpads on the scale is some kind of industrial never dry sticky goo that is 1. This means that the pads will move over time. (because it never dries out)2. The sticky liquid will spill onto your floor and no wiping will really get rid of it. You have to use Goof off to get rid of it. And even then it takes a few tries. At the bottom of the dial (not all the way down, but down if you look down) is a very simple dial that you can turn to zero the dial.
