Break on first hit

Bought these so my son can practice golf and hit the yard without breaking windows. He pulled them out, hit one and came back to show me it was broken and shattered. Didn't go anywhere. So it seems to have won the purpose of their purchase. I think now they will be toys for cats.

Cat's FAVORITE golf toy

Our cat can't get enough of these. No other ball, even in the pet category, can keep him happy and busy. For some reason he is ONLY interested in that type of ball. He carries it in his mouth like booty. He also happily drops it on the wooden floor at 4am to let us know he's ready to play. We call it OG Ball for our cat. The strangest. He's obsessed with this kind of plastic ball.

Dent slightly with driver

I bought these to practice driving in my garden. Although limited flight as advertised, six of the 12 were dented on initial impact. The photo shows the type of dents I experienced. I was able to use a hair dryer to heat the ball and bring it back to its original shape. However, they will not work for my intended purpose. I am a 72 year old man. My good drives are 220-230 yards to give you an idea of my swing speed.

Pros
  • High quality
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine

Not robust at all: Golf balls

Received them today and took them to practice with a driver and two hybrids I just picked up. I'm not a bomber by any means, and this is what half a dozen balls look like after about 30 shots (4-5 hits each) I've even tried smoothing out a lot of the dents. They can be useful for chipping practice, but they won't withstand a hit with a golf club. This is the crux of the design of the tube. I can hit a regular golf ball 20 yards for practice, I need them when trying to hit anything over 150…
