🧦 Thorlos GMX Padded Ankle Socks - Unisex Review

I love Thorlo socks and have been wearing them for many years. My husband bought really cheap socks that don't hold up and slip in the back of his golf shoes. For the avid golfer, this is more than annoying. Goalless are made to feel good and have opened my husband's eyes. They fit. They're sewn where they're supposed to be and won't slip. He is very happy with these new socks.

Great Thorlo socks with good padding, durability and no blue color. The Thorlo socks they replaced still had plenty of life in the insole area, but the ankle area was very stretched and looked poor. Functionally, the socks were still good, but they did not meet the aesthetic requirements.

Expected good socks as my husband wears Thorlo running and basketball socks. Golf socks had very poor cushioning, thinner than all socks in this line. I left the pair I was wearing but returned the other two pairs.

I love Thorlo socks and have worn them for many years. I used their "tennis socks" for golf but decided to try these. I really like her. They are thinner than tennis socks and let me sit better on my golf shoes. They still have that extra cushioning that I love so much. I will continue to use tennis socks for training or regular walking.

THE PHOTO SHOWS 2 COLORS OF MATERIAL. THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED WAS PURE WHITE. I'VE BEEN A RUNNER FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND HAVE USED TORLOS EXCEPTIONALLY WITH EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE. THESE SOCKS ARE GOOD BUT NOT GREAT IN MY OPINION. THERE ARE A RANGE OF BRANDS IN THE $6-7 RANGE THAT WILL SUIT YOU WELL. YOU MUST CHANGE THE IMAGE.

Very comfortable socks but the elastic at the top seems to stretch with washing so I have to be careful to stretch the top after washing the socks to put the elastic back into the bring sock. There is a great temptation to cut the threads, and that would be a mistake. Black socks should be washed inside out in a lint free load as they are a lint magnet! Despite the flaws, I like these socks more than any other brand I've worn.

socks are excellent and I have ordered them before. I just always have a problem because the smaller size is too small and the larger sizes are too big. My shoe size seems to be somewhere in between. It seems that for such socks they will be of different sizes. It's hard to imagine how a size 5-8 1/2 fits.

Provides great cushioning for all my golf shoes that have room for a heavier toe box. They are not designed for tight-fitting shoes, but are perfect for all regular golf shoes. Provides extra cushioning and keeps feet dry in heavy rain. So plus/tall sizes are provided; my shoe size is 10!/2 and they fit perfectly. hp I always wash my socks in cold water and let them air dry. Worn and washed 4 times and they are still in perfect condition.

I have been using Thorlo socks exclusively for over five years. I train daily and Thorlo products are excellent in terms of ventilation and cushioning. The dilemma is always cost and wear and tear. I am not satisfied with the wear and tear. After limited use, I noticed heel cups where my shoes rubbed against my socks. It was typical and not just a couple.
