Use this as an extension to increase the performance of the OBD port for my Jeep and it works without any problems. Fits snugly, stays connected and allows me to tuck away the plug.

Makes it easier to connect my OBD2 gauge. Just leave it plugged in and hide it under the dash when not in use. The BAFX block I received from Revain when connected alone was upside down so you couldn't read it. This little extension makes it 100% easier.

I needed this for my 2019 Kia Sorento. My previous Hyundai Sonata had a hum system installed. The key connects to OBD. On the Sorento, there is not enough room for the key on the OBD cover. This ribbon cable allowed me to connect to the OBD and move the key to the side under the lower dash. The connector on the main OBD still touches the OBD cover but allows me to close it.

This will make my Volvo's OBDII port much more accessible. The 90's Volvo had OBDII ports in the center console. Connecting a monitor will result in the armrest/top of the console not closing. This cable allows me to use the center console properly and keep a monitoring device connected to monitor fuel consumption and engine performance. It seems pretty solid for the price and I'm sure it will last a long time as it isn't subject to any stress other than temperature.
