Good fittings but needed a better lock washer.

It's fine except it came with a metal splinter which I believe must have been a lock washer. I didn't use it because it didn't look like a proper lock washer. After a few days it weakened and started leaking. I then sealed each end with two coats of silicone spray and it worked forever.

Pros
  • Temperature range -40 to 160 F
Cons
  • Can't remember

Excellent quality, pay attention to the size.

Excellent, well-made fittings. All surfaces are well finished. Looks very strong. Shipping was fast. Remember that the sizing is the actual outside diameter of the bolt, not the hole. I ordered 1/4" fittings thinking they would fit 1/4" ID hoses. The fit is too loose to secure without a strong clamp. "I should have ordered the next size up.

Pros
  • Made of high quality stainless steel, corrosion resistant, ductile at high temperatures and low magnetic permeability.
Cons
  • No machine

Best part milling in hydraulics, pneumatics and plumbing

I bought two of these fittings for my personal watercraft. Remember that the machining process is not complete and you will have to redrill the hole as you can see in my photos, the passage will be blocked by unfinished milling. It's also slightly smaller than expected. Will not work with bulkheads thicker than 3/16" because the threads are not long enough for the nut to grip.

Pros
  • Bulkhead coupling for connecting two same diameter hoses in a straight line
Cons
  • Legacy model
