Attractive, fun, colorful watch with a clear mid-century style. The colors are a bit muted but well balanced in the core, arms and spangles. I put it in my bathroom even though the packaging said to avoid moisture. I wish it was in the description. Overall very satisfied.

Not sure what Revain means by 'transparency' on the watch so I skipped that category. i love this watch I was looking for something classic mcm but with a difference. color difference. Perfect for my home. I think they would also be a good clock for a child's room. You could start using it to teach colors and move on later to tell the time, although I see a kid telling you it's blue.

I'm a big fan of Nelson ball watches but they don't fit my budget so I went for this replica and it's so cute! It's the right size, looks well made and comes with a cool glue stick to hang it up without banging a nail in the wall. It's hard to tell the *exact* time, but you get a rough idea of the time, and that's really all I need for my living room. Basically I like the watch.

I'm not sure if the clock is a keeper as it doesn't keep working even after putting in a new battery. Runs for a while but then stops. It finally worked overnight but I'm still not sure if it will hold up. As they didn't bring instructions either I couldn't do anything to help - I can't understand why there were no instructions in those hours as it would have been so helpful to have had them and I find it ridiculous that they were there !

I did the unthinkable and changed the colors of 6 blue balls to make them brighter. This is a replica of George Nelson's ball watch, close to the original but hundreds of dollars cheaper. Since this isn't the original, I decided to tint it with colors I like better. I painted them with flat acrylic paint and used ModPodge to get the right shine. It still maintains the mid-century design with a fresher look.

I do have a vintage George Nelson clock in my living room, but I wanted a different reproduction to replace the clock in my bedroom. I think I like the ball better and at this price it's not a problem. Much better quality than another replica I've had (dead btw) - real wood and metal. It looks fantastic, keeps time accurately and is easy to read. I have mostly MCM furniture in my bedroom and this is perfect. It's so much fun and I wake up happy with it every morning!
