Good product but unfortunately I only use it to store my tumbling tools. I bought it to capture the shine but it doesn't work well. Glitter is hung over the tray. I just use carbon paper - it's a lot easier, I use less glitter and it's just quicker and cleaner to use.

Glitter sticks to the surface instead of falling into the little hole at the end. You should also tilt the tray so the glitter falls into the hole. When you do this, the glitter goes everywhere. Luckily it was cheap and I can use it for other purposes. Nothing is better for cleaning shine than plain old paper/newspaper.

If you're buying this for the glitter choose something else. Shiny sticks in all sizes. The tray is very static. It was not possible to salvage the glitter and pour it back into the original container. It does a great job with glitter and washes up well in the sink. Depending on what plans you have with it depends on how good it will be. The product mentions saving and pouring sequins. There's even a hole for it.

I wanted to use this tray to store and pour fine and extra fine loose glitter but it doesn't work. So after you got this I read the comments about glitter sticking like crazy and they were right! No matter what you try to do, the glitter will stick to that plastic like crazy! So I cut out a piece of cardboard to fit it exactly and the glitter is just badass! Of course, it sticks a little to the box itself, but it happens with glitter on almost anything. Years ago I had a similar tray that I couldn't use due to static electricity - cleaning was a disaster then Glitter covered every inch. I would end up wasting more glitter trying to clean the tray than I would use on a real project. Now I use more glass glitter with a higher grit.
