Great Platform For Event Ticketing & Customer Service

I like that it has all of my favorite features in one place! The ability to be able to see everything at once helps me keep track of what needs attention first vs second (and so forth). It's not super intuitive for those who are new but we have an amazing team working hard everyday making sure this gets better every week/month etc!! My biggest issue right now - other than having too many tabs open when using multiple accounts-is being unable to close tickets from previous events or add them…
