When I took it out of the box it didn't ring like it should. All I can say is that it's either used or dead. I sent two requests for help using the app and received no response. I will not buy again.

Received as a gift but I set it up myself. Good if difficult but once you have the app. Works great you know there will be a lot of people. The ringtone is incredibly loud and the app allows you to find the tile even without ringing.

The product is amazing. I originally used tiles to track keys. I quickly realized I could keep an eye on my husband with the app. That's great! We then attached a tile to our cat in case she got lost. Our cat dunked it in the water and Thile replaced it for free. Great customer service. I highly recommend the product and it just keeps getting better!

I have this on my keys and it has come in handy a few times. I like that it can find my phone by double clicking on it. I also used the phone app to find my keys when I left them in my coat pocket. There's also an Alexa skill that you can use to find your phone and other items. I live alone and don't have a phone at home to call my phone if I lose it so that was great. I haven't experienced any performance issues.

I bought this for my mom who keeps losing her iPhone around the house and can't find it. After installing the Tile app on her iPhone, it was very easy to pair Tile with her phone. She keeps the tile style (which looks really good) on her keychain, and now when she can't find her phone, she just presses the tile and her phone makes a very loud beep, even when left on silent. Works fantastic for her!

Excellent. I bought these for my wife's birthday and was only able to keep them from her as a surprise. Two days before her birthday she spent a few hours looking for the keys. She was delighted with my care, installed the application on her phone and connected it immediately. Later that day, she lost her keys and found them immediately. Doesn't really work with Alexa. Your phone needs to be placed near the Alexa device, eliminating the need. If you buy 2 packs to give one to your close friend, you have to pay twice if you want both premium services (some of which other products offer for free). I've read reviews where they said the sound is loud. Nonsense. If it's in a drawer, if you're not by it, you'll never hear it. Generally not particularly impressed. I used it on my keychain. The app was easy to use, but it took a few tries to pair the tile with the phone. I actually had to press the button very hard to connect or ring my phone. It shouldn't take that much effort. The call on the tile was barely audible even at maximum volume. Good luck finding it in a place with even moderate noise.
