🌿 Enhance Your Crafts with Tim Holtz Idea-ology Layers-Botanicals - 83 Pieces (TH93554) Review

I bought these mainly for butterflies to use in my art journal. I hate the white borders around them! I have to awkwardly crop everything to remove the edges before using them. A little disappointing. If I had looked more carefully before ordering, I would have seen the borders :(

I'm currently using it in Tim Holtz' Wildflower configuration box. You are perfect in every way. Good stock, great prints. I color some in black and white with felt tip pens and they come out great. Very happy with it. I see tons of uses. ♥

I was so looking forward to getting this package but was very disappointed. If you like a shitty bunch of roses and butterflies and the like, you're going to need this pig. But there are NO BIRDS I was looking forward to and NO SQUARE FRAME like black etc. The big flower cluster shows ALL the roses. The item is NOT as seen! :-(

The picture is misleading. They put lighter things on top and make you believe that whatever is included will be similar. You are not. Most subjects are boring. They should appear faded, but they don't appear that way. If you want a faded look, you'll be lucky. If you want a lighter look, you will be very disappointed.

I bought this set because it specifically mentions birds and it turned out to be a nice assortment of different flowers, birds and butterflies. I understand "assorted" means a variety of what is shown in the picture and if it doesn't say "may vary from what is shown" it will come close enough to the picture. There isn't a single bird in my flock, and almost all the flowers wilted pink or red roses mixed with a few pale sunflowers and delphinium butterflies are ok, but I'm quite dissatisfied…

There is an antique card feel here, the colors are muted and you get 1 large flower and three medium sized ones, the smallest about 1.5 and you get about #34 .most of them represent a set of 2 identical colors, each with a different size. I've received many of these little cards with little writing on them, but I prefer them blank to personalize my art. the size of a penny and a dime The colors are VERY SILENT, I USE FLASH to make them look brighter in the picture.
