Three stars have nothing to do with the product itself. The paper is nice and thick. It's perfect for my projects. It's printed on both sides but that's not a problem as I'm copying them so they can be used on multiple projects. The problem was the condition it arrived in. Both seals were broken and the front cover was missing. I chose not to return it as all the sheets were present and undamaged and I was very excited to start the project.
