Good, solid, powerful router, but with a small weakness.

That's why I'm giving this bit three stars, but only because of two things. (#1) The price was fair. (#2) The bit was adequate but definitely not exceptional cut quality. On my first attempt at plunge cutting white oak, the tips of the bits snapped off immediately, effectively eliminating the use of the bit for plunge cutting. I used a drill bit mounted on a trampoline to cut through a 72 inch solid white oak table top that was glued to the table. Since I couldn't countersink the drill, I had…
