🚗 Reliable Performance: Timken 514002B Wheel Bearing for Smooth & Safe Rides Review

This Timken bearing is almost identical to the Original Equipment Nissan bearing. It is manufactured by NSK US. The My GTiR OEM bearing is manufactured by NSK Japan. In rallying there is no problem.

I don't understand why Revain sells the bearing separately from the seals. Maybe to confuse people like me to buy because of the low price? I just received the stock and am back now to order the seals. Pooh.

Good product (hard to argue with Timken) but the packaging was terrible. The product almost fell out of the packaging. I used to have one of these due to my own setup error after seeing quite a bit of track use. Plastic clips and balls were fine in case anyone is worried about plastic clips. Engineering "plastic” can always be a good choice depending on the application.

Cannot comment on the durability of the part, just wanted to say it is a Chinese made bearing NSK stamped PN 38bwd15a. So much for paying extra for part of the US company name. No wonder this part is not on the list. I don't mind Chinese parts if I know what I'm buying beforehand. Attention buyers. EDIT 7/22/2013: So it turns out that Timken co-owns a factory in China and none of the Timken parts for this car are made in the US. If I needed another one, I would buy this again.
