Timken 515030 Axle Bearing Assembly Review

Avoid this Automotive bearing assembly if you can. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I discovered it to be substandard as it failed within a month of purchase. If you haven't already bought it, please look at other alternatives before you regret your purchase.

UPDATE: Ordered a replacement after I sent the fake back and got another fake! We recommend NOT ordering any bearings or Timken products from Revain until this issue is resolved. Received this 2 times, the first was a real Timken - the second was a poorly disguised fake. if there is no hologram on the packaging, grease is leaking from seals, rust etc. - send it back and report it to the manufacturer's fraud department. Works well. Timken is the brand you need. I did a lot of research on which brand to buy. Essentially, Timken supplies OEMs with rolling bearings and assemblies. Any other brand is the Chinese product with the lowest price. Timken is sometimes made overseas (Brazil and Mexico as far as I know) but I've NEVER been told in China.
