Not sure what sizes should be for toddlers but my baby may have small feet, he is single and I bought him a 9-12 that fits his foot but when he crawls they fall off, so we returned them except the sock material is thick enough to provide support but not too thick to interfere with walking. And the bear soul is so cute

They are sweet. Soft enough for your first pair of shoes, hard enough for walking. I like the feel of foam inside. They seem to make a handy first pair.
