I am a 36B and got the medium but it was much too small. It felt hard to breathe and my breasts were being squished out over the top and out the armpit holes. Fortunately from my research I knew this wasn’t normal so I sized up to a large and the fit is so comfortable & has great flattening affect! I would say even better than the medium since my breasts aren’t being squished up.

I had a double mastectomy to flat 18 months ago and still have chest discomfort. I have not been happy with the spendy compression garments so thought I would give this a try. I could have used a size up, and the lining is horribly coarse, so I will wear it inside out. I suspect if one was trying to flatten the evidence of boobs this would work for that, and it would have worked well for compression also had I ordered up a size. Arm holes were a bit small also. I doubt I will use much.

I bought this not as a binder but as a no-underwire minimizer style bra. It does compress but gives extreme uniboob (I’m a 38D) — seemed worse than with other bras. Also, the straps really dug into my shoulders more than my other bras, and it was killing me by the end of the day. I had high hopes!

I also had the uniboob problem. the fabric can show your nipples. Its the amount of minimizing I had expected, just did not know what it would look like and cause till I put it on. Over all I am happier with it, but going to keep looking for a better result.My metermen's are 28 under, 34 cup. Ordered a s and xs. The xs fits better.

I was surprised how well this fit. The fabric felt too thin to provide compression, but once it was on, it did a great job! Not sure how well it will breathe in hot weather, but it's great for me now. I'll definitely be buying more colors .

I used the sizing chart online for a 54H, 60" bust line (6x).The product arrived promptly, and seems to be a well built product.I tried it on only to find it just slips over my chest with no compression whatsoever.The items is now being returned because the sizing chart was wrong.I did however like the top, and I have ordered a 4x and 5x. I had tried one of these compression bras before, and while I loved the feel, it gave me what I call "Cyclops Boob." No matter how I tried to adjust my 34J boobs under the compression top, it pushed them to the center of my chest in a single minimized but obvious mound. I recently conceived of trying the top again, this time over my underwire bra. I ordered one size up from the previous top I had returned.and.success! Like above, it fits perfectly and I can wear it all day. In my situation, it’s a bit difficult to get a binder right now, but this has been really effective for helping with my Dysphoria. I have a small chest to begin with, and it helps me achieve a virtually flat appearance.

When i first put it on i found it a little hard to breathe in, but i managed to wear it for a whole day and no pain was experienced. I wore it out today for a full day of workout and i felt great! Highly recommend!

I really had high hopes for this one. It fits great and the compression is amazing, but the seam stitching under the arms is so prominent and scratchy that I don’t think I’ll be able to wear this. I also really dislike the uni-boob effect, but could have overlooked that if this was comfortable. Pretty disappointed bc this was kind of expensive!

the bra is well made with good materials & a good shape.however, i ordered it based on measurements from last year that don't reflect my body anymore- lost weight & didn't know it- so it arrived a size too big.i can make it work because i can sew, but i still recommend knowing your measurements before you buy!

No pain for wearing for long periods of time, I can wear it all through a 10hr shift. Helps me feel like I'm perceived as completely flat, but I'm already an A cup so I don't think it would have the same results on larger chested people. Overall I'm 100% happy.
