Works like a bubble level but the magnet isn't too strong. It will stick to the clamp tube but not as strongly unless it comes in direct contact with metal. A layer of duct tape greatly reduces the grip.

Great tool. Very accurate with sensitive readings. Perfect.Note: You can check the accuracy of your level. Place it on a flat surface and read. Rotating the spirit level 180 degrees shows the same thing, then this is exactly the spirit level.

It's a good weight and the quality is really damn good. The price suits me. To be honest I couldn't ask for anything better. I can't understand the negative reviews. I used to have very expensive instruments. I can't walk that path this time in my life, but I'm glad I made it. Thanks for that.

It's cheap in both price and quality BUT it works well as a spirit level. I use mine at work and if I lose one I don't lose a lot of money. Don't expect quality and sophistication for $20. It's only a few bucks, folks. Don't whine and don't whine. Now I have some good ones for home use.

The magnet hardly holds, cheap plastic, but smooth nonetheless. I compared three recently purchased one was for me the other two were for other tool bags. All three measured the same, and better yet, equaled my empire level. I'm sure not everything that comes off the line is perfect given their price, but the three I bought are fine.
