I really wanted to love this straightener. It heats up quickly, has multiple temperature settings, and is digital with a lock feature when not in use. My problem is that he was very uncomfortable. I like that the plates are wider and longer than a regular straightener, but they are too long in my opinion. I have tried several straighteners with both long and short plates and overall found this straightener to be too big.
