During my first week in the salon I noticed that it first warms up and then cools down again after 30 minutes. I had to turn it off and then turn it back on to reset it. This product and its packaging have been remanufactured. Both handles are rotatable but can be locked. The problem is that they don't stay locked to rotate around you again during use. There are aspects that are good, but they are clearly not meant to be applied to themselves.
