Good small rafter bracket

Decent inexpensive rafter bracket made of plastic. I bought this as an extra square to use for marking and cutting boards. It's a bit small but works well for 2x4 and 2x6 lumber.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Long delivery time

easy to find and accurate enough for me

works as advertised. easy to find thanks to the orange color. has the necessary markings for most of my projects. Can create a straight edge line for cuts. All in all, a handy tool that should always be on hand. I have two because I never have to walk around to pick it up from where I last used it.

Pros
  • elegant design
Cons
  • i will add later

Un-Square: Carpenter's Square

This is a simple one-piece product with no moving parts and is fuss-free. He only has one job and it has to be decent. Just like the 3 Irwin tap and die sets I returned because they were an abomination to make (see review with photos), this product does not work. Now that Rubber Made owns Irwin, I believe its quality has been shaped. IT IS NOT SQUARE OR FLAT!

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Fits

Bright and Light!: Measuring and Marking Tools

I used to always use metal angles. My last one got damaged so I decided to try this one. I always strive to make my work more efficient and easier. I was afraid the plastic square wouldn't be square, but it is. The markings are a bit harder to read than my metal square, so I can run a sharpie over them to make them easier to see. Dropping this square won't make much noise or damage floors. The markings also seem accurate, always a plus!

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others
