Great taste but not overwhelming mint flavor. The humidity it provides is enough for most of the night! The trick for me is to swallow it through your whole mouth and gums and don't swallow it before you fall asleep! It's so nice not to wake up with a parched mouth from my caffeine anymore. It's also great during the day when you suffer from dry mouth. The consistency is thick which is great for keeping it where you need it - in your mouth!

I often get very dry mouth at night which is bad for my teeth and I have found this product to be a great alternative to xylitol based products. moisturizer. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem like a lot. As I love the ingredients and had to use 3 tubes I tried it as a cuticle/hand cream and it works really well. I wash my hands often while I work, so this helps as it creates a temporary protective barrier on my hands from moisture loss.

I've been using it for 3 years now. It worked fine the first few times. I use a CPAP machine so my mouth is very dry. In the last few months I have had to use it more frequently, around 3-4 times a night. Also keep it on hand throughout the day if your mouth gets dry.
