No instructions, bad packaging :(

serves its purpose but I thought there was a shower head holder to sit securely, it falls off every day, it hangs on the shampoo holder. I was disappointed with this purchase.

Cheap plastic. Collapsed immediately.

This thing is so cheap it seems unreal. It's not metal, it's cheap plastic, the hose literally burst as soon as we installed it and turned it on. waste of time and money. Wouldn't recommend it.

Get thicker washers!

I bought this for my mother, when it arrived I was a little concerned because it was so light. It was easy to install, but I had to use better washers because the ones that came with the kit were thin, clear plastic and let some water through. Although it didn't matter. After installing new washers, everything worked perfectly!

It's not worth it. Best in Plumbing

It arrived on Wednesday. I've used it three times. Two on the holder and one for rinsing out the hair. The hose burst immediately after I took it out of the holder. Very very thin. I wanted a refund but they charge a UPS store an hour away. It's not worth restoring $12 gasoline. I will not return it but I will never use this brand. It is strongly recommended to buy another shower head.
