    Obsolete Feature

    Turntable auto position memory is a deprecated feature. There are no instructions in the manual, web and youtube for this feature which I believe is currently broken. This would be a useful feature, especially if the handle of your hot coffee mug is on the back of the stove.

    Good Microwave Oven Best in the Small Appliances Category

    This microwave oven is a great addition to my home appliances. I use it mainly for cooking in the microwave and I really like it. It's bigger than what we had, so that's a plus, and the noise level is quite, but strong. what i guess. Lots of events, pizza, fries, dinners etc. We have no problem working on it. The popcorn feature is what my husband uses all the time. And it looks great in my kitchen! We all love it.

    Coating on # is peeling off….!

    Microwave looks and works well. Yes, as others have pointed out, the numbers are not easy to see. But my main objection is that the transparent coating is peeling off on a few numbers! This is my third microwave in almost 30 years and I have NEVER had this problem. This microwave is only a few weeks old and apart from this very disappointing aspect I am happy with it.

    False advertising is good for microwave ovens

    The advertisement said the keyboard had an LED backlight but that is very misleading. The only part of the keyboard that lights up is the clock. In fact, the clarity of this new Toshiba keyboard is WORSE than the keyboard on my 9 year old Emerson MW oven! The agent I spoke to said that due to the apparently misleading description of the product, she would escalate it so I could get a refund. when saving the device. There is no "memory" function.
