I love that I can find the exact battery I need, order it from Revain, and get it quickly without having to search for what I need. This battery was just what I needed for my portable phone.

When I put the battery in it took 72 hours to charge and when I tried to use the phone the battery died. I removed the battery, put it back in to make sure I did everything right, and let it charge for another 72 hours. The battery is dead again. I returned it.

The old Panasonic wall phone we have is of a higher quality than current portable phones so we want to keep it for as long as possible. Panasonic stopped its production and original batteries became unavailable. So we are very happy to find a battery for it that works. We used to buy them from Radio Shack, but unfortunately Radio Shack is dead.

I don't think the product itself is bad. However, we used it in our old wall cell phone that ran on the same battery for many years. The first battery lasted about 15 years(!), the second about four or five, and this was the third attempt. However, it will not hold a charge. My guess is that the phone itself and charger just expired as I've heard from other people about similar experiences with older phones.
