Great tool - very intuitive and useful

I like that it's easy for me as an admin user, because they have all my server info in one place which makes managing them much easier than having multiple tools/apps open at once! It does take some time getting used to navigating through their system but after awhile you get comfortable using this software. There aren't any downsides or dislikes about totalCloud so far! Make sure you are familiar with how everything works before jumping into management mode; otherwise there can be issues when…

Customizing workspaces wasn't really possible

I like that it's easy to use, and how simple it is to create new environments. It also makes it easier to manage all my environments in one place. I would like more customization for the workflows. For example, I'd like to be able to add custom fields to each environment so we can easily track them. I'd also like to be able to edit the workflows themselves. There are some things that you cannot do with this software that you can with other products. I was looking for something that was easy to…
