The label said the large size could fit a Miniature Schnauzer. I got the big one that a puppy usually wears and it was too big. My puppy is 23 pounds and he was big. I would guess that small, even medium, would probably be large.

This jacket is very cute! Great design quality, well made. worth your money! Followed the sizing instructions and found it accurate or a little small. My dog is a 22 pound Cockapoo with a 20 inch chest and 11 inch neck. Therefore S according to the instructions. In overalls it sits a little tight due to the fluffy coat and in the leg area. Luckily the next size M is half the price and worth comparing. Love it, just ordered blue for my mum's dog.
