Unreliable and the return was not handled properly.

I bought two pieces. One stopped working. Another worked part-time. So I returned both at the same time. That was around January 2021. Now Revain has refused one of the returns and has billed you for a RETURNED item on April 8th 2021. I ordered an alternative immediately after the return and it works perfectly. Do not order this brand in place of AETY.
